What to Bring to Your Examination

There are several things you should bring to your appointment to make the registration and examination processes go as smoothly as possible.

• All glasses that you currently wear. Please remember to bring your reading glasses, computer glasses and sunglasses in addition to your every-day glasses.
• Your most current contact lens prescription or contact lens boxes.
• A current list of medications.
• Insurance card(s).
